Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except where the problem is on our side or applicable law requires otherwise.
When we will refund you
We will refund you where the issue is genuinely ours — for example:
- You were charged more than once for the same billing period because of a technical error.
- A technical fault on our side meant your subscription wasn't usable for part of a period you had paid for.
Please report any billing error within 30 days of the charge. We're glad to review and correct mistakes we can still verify, but we can't guarantee correction of errors reported after that.
How to request a refund
Email contact@bhakticlubapp.com with your registered phone number and the date and amount of the payment. We'll review it and make it right.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time before your next billing date, in whichever way suits you:
- In the Bhakti Club app, under Settings → Subscription.
- By removing the Bhakti Club AutoPay mandate in your UPI app (usually listed under Autopay, Mandates or Subscriptions).
- Through your bank's website or app.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not remove your access straight away — your paid benefits continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current period unless one of the situations above applies.
Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed, charged back, or refunded, we may revoke the access associated with it.
This page summarises sections 6 and 18 of our Terms of Use, which govern in full.
